Check the program boundary before making a commitment.

Getting started

Use the enrollment path for the service you selected.

We signed the DIR contract. Can we request services now?

A signature alone does not establish completion. TEA’s EDR and assessment path also includes portal onboarding, DIR’s finalized contract and Welcome Aboard message, then the service request.

Does email security use the same agreement path?

No. TEA publishes a separate UT-RSOC agreement and service-request process. The agreement must be fully executed before the request, and the request requires the UT-RSOC ILC number.
