DIR sends STS portal onboarding to the Service Operations Contact listed on the customer form.

  4. Confirm DIR finalization

Wait for the finalized ILC and DIR’s Welcome Aboard message before requesting the service.

  5. Request the selected service

Use the DIR sign-in guidance, follow its current TDIS directions for the STS Service Portal, then request the applicable TEA-funded service.

DIR sign-in notice. TEA links to the DIR entry page. DIR’s public notice says the STS Service Portal sign-in has moved to the Texas Digital Identity Solution (TDIS). Follow the current TDIS directions on that page for the STS Service Portal. Read DIR’s sign-in notice · Notice checked October 18, 2026.
