The public entry route
Interest comes before confirmed onboarding.
TEA names PDQ Connect Premium for this offering and directs interested schools to their ESC for the survey. Submitting the survey does not commit the school system to purchase or deployment. It does not guarantee immediate deployment.
Choose where you are.
Open one path. Each gives numbered actions and one next action. This guide does not check enrollment, allocation, or your school system’s records.
I have not submitted the interest survey
TEA public process
Obtain the current survey link.
Ask your regional ESC for the program’s pre-registration interest survey.
Complete the interest step.
Follow the survey’s instructions. A submission expresses interest; it does not establish a license allocation or a start date.
Request the survey through Region 10’s initiative help route.

I submitted the survey and need to know what follows
Region 10 guidance
Check the program response you already have.
Review any actual follow-up for participation, timing, and the next requested action. Survey submission alone does not confirm those details.
Clarify what remains unknown.
If the next action is unclear, ask Region 10 to help identify the appropriate program contact. No response time or deployment date is established by this guide.
Ask for clarification of your next program step.

Confirm what the instructions authorize.

Review compatibility and access.
Check the vendor’s current system requirements and local change approvals before rollout. Decide who should administer the service.
Use the confirmed onboarding channel.
Follow the program or provider instructions supplied to your school system. Ask for clarification before acting on an unclear invitation or setup request.
Review the confirmed instructions with your authorized administrator before setup.
Check readiness for setupAccess boundary: TEA deployment FAQ, page 2, makes ESC or other provider access dependent on the school system’s request and permission. Preparation steps above are local recommendations.

TEA public program terms
Existing PDQ Connect customers, including all tiers
TEA’s deployment FAQ says existing Connect customers must opt in through the pre-registration interest survey for future program-funded renewals. Customers on lower Connect tiers will be upgraded to Premium upon renewal.
Existing PDQ Deploy & Inventory customers
TEA’s FAQ says existing Deploy & Inventory users are eligible to sign up and receive PDQ Connect immediately. Deploy & Inventory itself is a separate product and is not covered by this offering. Schools may continue using it alongside Connect through their own traditional purchase arrangements.
Public reference for both customer paths: TEA deployment FAQ, page 2. “Immediately” describes TEA’s published existing-customer term. This guide does not verify a school system’s sign-up, allocation, renewal funding, or setup date.
